We offer a variety of nutrition consult services, including but not limited to:

  • General Nutrition Wellness
  • Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes
  • PCOS Management
  • Heart Disease: high cholesterol, high blood pressure
  • Digestive Issues: Food allergies and intolerances, IBS, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease

Weight Loss: If you are interested in losing 10-20% of your body weight, we offer a Weight Loss Program with flexible plans to help you achieve your desired weight goals.

What’s included in the Nutrition Guidance Program?

Our Nutrition Guidance Program consists of 3 in-person visits with the Registered Dietitian.

  • Discovery Phone Call (15 minutes)
  • Initial Consultation (75 minutes)
  • Follow up (60 minutes) 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation
  • 2nd Follow up (60 minutes) 2-3 weeks after the previous visit

First, we will schedule you for a 15-minute “Discovery Call” with our registered dietitian so that you can learn more about the program and determine if it is a good fit for your desired goals.

Then, your initial consultation consists of an in-depth diet and lifestyle assessment so that your dietitian can get to know your unique nutrition needs and vision. We’ll discuss your current health and nutrition status by reviewing your medical history, diet history, physical activity, eating behaviors, and food preference. With this information, together we will create a personalized plan to achieve your wellness goals.

Follow-up sessions will be used to discuss your progress, revise meal planning guidelines, update strategies and support your health goals. You can expect to discuss: basic meal planning, label reading, body composition analysis, recipe ideas, product recommendations and address any additional nutrition concerns you might have.

How do I get started with the Nutrition Guidance Program?

As previously stated, our Nutrition Guidance Program is currently only available to all established and future HRT

(Hormone Replacement Therapy) patients. Follow the steps below to get started based on your status.

If you are a current HRT patient:

Call the office at (513)-791-9474 to schedule a 15-minute “discovery call’” with Alyssa, our Registered Dietitian, to learn more about the program and to discuss your desired needs and goals. If you are interested in getting started, she will then schedule your 75-minute initial consultation during that call.

Not an HRT patient?

Research has found that low (non-optimized) hormone levels, like testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, and thyroid, directly impact our energy, muscle and fat mass, metabolism, libido, cholesterol levels, blood pressure, and development of illness. This is exactly why at Your Wellness Center that we require comprehensive bloodwork for our programs. By investigating possible hormonal and metabolic limitations that may be inhibiting your ability to lose weight, we are able to bring your body and health back into balance.
