Thank you for your interest in the Weight Loss Program at Your Wellness Center. Every weight loss journey is unique and must be treated as such. We are focused on helping each client take control over their health and help them reach their own healthy balance. No case is the same, but we often hear clients reveal the following frustrations:
- “I rarely eat breakfast and/or lunch and find myself overeating at dinner”
- “I continually snack throughout the day and typically continues to late in the night”
- “I don’t know how much I should be eating”
- “I travel for work and don’t have the ability to prepare food in a kitchen and struggle making appropriate decisions at restaurants”
Whether you find yourself eating too much throughout the day or binging on a single meal, our medical providers can help you take back control. At YWC, we believe that weight loss goals are met by creating a new lifestyle that focuses on nutritional knowledge, portion control, an understanding of our behaviors, and physical activity.
Our medical providers understand there are internal and external factors that may play a role in impeding weight loss progress or the ability to sustain a certain goal. We examine your vitamin levels, supplement intake, and hormone balance, as these may be triggering unexplained weight gain and/or hindering weight loss efforts. We also provide behavioral modification exercises that help clients understand the benefits that new habits can have on achieving goals.
