We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for our Hormone Replacement and Weight Loss programs.
The treatments listed below require a 50% down payment prior to scheduling the first treatment:
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
It is company policy for all clients to give a 24-hour appointment cancellation notice. When a deposit is required for a treatment, a 3-day cancellation notice is required in order to avoid forfeit of the deposit.
Our scheduling is designed to allow for the correct amount of time needed to complete your appointment. A late arrival to your appointment will deprive you of appointment time. Your appointment must end at the scheduled time so the next client’s appointment will not be delayed. If you do not make your appointment on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your appointment as possible when you arrive.
No Show Policy
Missed appointments and/or failure to cancel without a 24-hour notice will be subject to a $50 patient charge. If a deposit has been made, the deposit will be forfeited.
