MedSpa Front Desk Coordinator

Your Wellness Center is made up of a team of family and friends dedicated to bringing health, wellness, and happiness to our clients through evidence-based medical practices. We each have unique talents – aesthetic treatments, natural hormone replacement therapy, nutrition and weight loss, and sexual medicine. We are seeking a friendly, proactive and motivated individual to join us as our Front Desk Coordinator in our MedSpa. This vital role will be the first impression and will provide an all-around superior client experience from the client’s first visit with us throughout their treatments. This person will direct the flow of client appointments through scheduling, answering questions, and providing follow-up email and phone communication after treatments are completed.

The MedSpa Front Desk Coordinator will work 7-5 M,Th,F and 8-6 on Tue. (closed on Wednesdays). The MedSpa Front Desk Coordinator will have a variety of responsibilities using specific knowledge of MedSpa practices and procedures. Responsibilities include greeting and helping clients, scheduling diagnostic appointments or medical consultations, collecting/processing client payments, and compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence, at times using an electronic medical records system (EMR). Additional duties include maintaining the waiting area and lobby, stocking coffee, tea and water as well as updating material on the waiting room display. This person is the first impression for clients and set the tone for their experience in the MedSpa.

The most qualified candidate will have at least 2 years prior experience with face-to-face client service. Prior experience in a hospitality environment is preferred. We are seeking candidates with proven experience in contributing to, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships. A solid understanding with intermediate experience of computer systems is a must. This role will require a multi-tasker who can juggle a variety of tasks at once.
